The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking an Antitrust Associate – Litigation with 3-6 years of experience to join their Antitrust/Competition practice group. This role will focus on complex antitrust litigation and investigations for market-leading companies across various competitive sectors.

- Assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations
- Assume significant responsibilities on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations
What we're looking for
3-6 years of firm or government agency experience
Superior academic credentials
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required
Experience in civil antitrust litigation and investigations
Experience on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations
Experience in the tech and life sciences sector· nice to have
Non-antitrust government investigations experience· nice to have
Clerkship/judicial internship experience· nice to have

Salary range of $260,000 – $390,000, based on year classification
