The role
Sidley Austin is seeking a Life Sciences Transactions Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Technology & Life Sciences practice in Century City. This role focuses on advising clients on life sciences partnering, collaboration, licensing, and commercial agreements, as well as IP transaction support for M&A and capital markets.

Admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the California bar
