Sidley Austin is looking for a Life Sciences Transactions Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Technology & Life Sciences practice in San Francisco. This role focuses on life sciences transactions, including partnering, collaboration, licensing, commercial agreements, and IP transaction support.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment

Experience in life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, cross-border

Experience in life sciences commercial agreements, e.g., supply and manufacturing agreements, master services agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements

Experience in IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets

Admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the California bar

Undergraduate or graduate science degree· nice to have

Medical device experience· nice to have
