The role
Sidley Austin is seeking a Life Sciences Transactions Associate with 3+ PQE to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in Palo Alto. This role focuses on complex life sciences transactional work, including partnering, licensing, commercial agreements, and IP transaction support for M&A and capital markets.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment
Experience in life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, cross-border
Experience in life sciences commercial agreements, e.g., supply and manufacturing agreements, master services agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements
Experience in IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets
Admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the California bar
An undergraduate or graduate science degree· nice to have
Medical device experience· nice to have
