Healthcare Transactions Associate at Holland & Knight

The role

Holland & Knight is seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its Health Law practice in Nashville, Chicago, or Houston. This role focuses on advising clients on healthcare and legal management services organization transactions.

What you'll do

Draft and negotiate transaction documents
Manage due diligence
Coordinate specialist review
Supervise junior associates

What we're looking for

2-6 years of general corporate and mergers and acquisitions experience

Strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills

Sound judgment

Close attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced transactional environment

Strong academic background

Immediately transferable corporate/M&A skills

Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state in which they will reside

Healthcare transactions experience strongly preferred· nice to have

Private practice or law firm experience is preferred· nice to have

Private equity experience is a plus· nice to have

Relevant transactional experience from in-house roles will also be considered· nice to have

Benefits
