The role
King & Spalding seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its Corporate/M&A practice in Houston or Washington D.C. The role will focus on handling a broad range of sophisticated M&A transactions and related matters.

- Work on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including complex M&A transactions, private equity investments, and joint ventures across a variety of industries
What we're looking for
3-6 years of experience working on all aspects of M&A transactions
Prior large law firm experience

Self-starters with strong client management skills
Experience with private and public company buy-side and sell-side transactions
Experience drafting transaction documents
Experience conducting due diligence
Experience managing deal execution
