Associate - Commercial Dispute Resolution

The role

TLT is seeking a Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate with 1-4 years of PQE for their Manchester office. This role is within the Litigation practice group and focuses on handling a wide range of complex commercial disputes for major clients.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the firm’s expertise in the field of commercial dispute resolution
• Work on a wide range of disputes, with a particular focus on IT disputes, procurement disputes and restrictive covenant cases
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm’s commercial dispute resolution practice
• Deal with commercial disputes at all levels, including litigation, arbitration and mediation
• Support the team with networking and business development initiatives
• Contribute to best practice and precedent development
• Support with the development of more junior team members
• Manage your own caseloads
