The role
Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join their Melbourne Corporate Advisory team. This role focuses on M&A transactions and equity capital markets fundraisings.

- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Playing a lead role on key aspects of transactional work
What we're looking for
