Associate - Financial Disputes at TLT

The role

TLT is seeking a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE for an Associate position within their Financial Services Disputes team. This role, based in Bristol with a hybrid working model, will focus on handling contentious caseloads and providing strategic legal advice for financial services clients.

What you'll do

Run a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients
Provide strategic and commercial legal advice across a range of disputes and claims, working closely alongside senior members of the team
Participate in business development activities with clients and potential clients
Collaborate with colleagues across our office locations nationwide

What we're looking for

Qualified Solicitor 1-3 year's PQE

Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation

Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills

Commercial awareness

Ability to understand client business needs

Ambitious and enthusiastic team player

Experience nurturing existing relationships and building on new ones· nice to have

Enthusiasm for business development· nice to have
