The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Lateral Associate to join its FDA & Health Care practice group in its New York or Washington D.C. office. This role is for an attorney with 2+ years of PQE experienced in health regulatory or government enforcement matters, particularly concerning drug and vaccine products.
What we're looking for
2 or more years of experience with health regulatory or government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid statute and regulations related to coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs

Experience with the False Claims Act
