The role

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a Contentious Construction Lawyer - Associate with 3+ PQE to join their Dubai office. This role is within the firm's Construction practice area and focuses on providing high-quality legal advice on contentious construction matters for clients in the Middle East.

What you'll do

Manage litigation and arbitration proceedings
Prepare case strategies
Draft pleadings and submissions
Attend hearings
Liaise with experts and witnesses
Draft and review a wide range of legal documents
Conduct detailed legal research on construction law issues
Stay abreast of developments in both local and international construction law

What we're looking for

At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in construction law

Experience gained at a leading or mid-tier firm

Focus on contentious matters

Strong technical knowledge of construction law

Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice

Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to maintain high standards of client service in a fast-paced environment

Excellent drafting skills

Confidence in preparing legally effective documents tailored to client needs
