Procurement Senior Associate

The role

Beauchamps LLP is seeking a Procurement Senior Associate with 3-6 years of PQE to join their Projects, Infrastructure and Energy group in Dublin. This role will focus on advising public and private sector clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious procurement matters, including EU and Irish procurement law.

What you'll do

• Advise public and utility sector clients on all aspects of EU and Irish procurement law and national guidelines
• Support clients on strategic and high value projects in various sectors including energy, housing, transport and health
• Draft and advise on complex procurement documentation and guide clients through procurement processes, advising on evaluation methodologies, clarifications, debriefing and contract modifications
• Advise on contract drafting and negotiation
• Advise on Foreign Subsidies Regulation
• Advise private sector tenderers on bidding for public projects and contracts
• Advise clients (public and private) on procurement remedies and legal challenges before the Courts
• Deliver client training
• Keep up to date with legal developments in the procurement sphere and contribute to knowledge sharing and business development
