Associate (Employment)

The role

Winckworth Sherwood is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer for its London office. This role is for an associate-level lawyer who will focus on advising a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a particular emphasis on employer-side work and senior executive disputes.

What you'll do

• Advise a client base made up of a growing range of household names and private businesses
• Advise on contentious and non-contentious / advisory matters
• Advise on strategic senior level moves, exits and disputes
• Handle complex and high value litigation, both in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court
• Run high-stakes discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Act for existing client base
