The role
Matheson is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer with 3-5 years of PQE to join their IP Disputes team in Dublin. This role involves handling complex IP disputes for international and domestic clients across various sectors and contributing to the growth of the practice.
What you'll do
- Work on complex multi-jurisdictional IP disputes for a variety of clients
- Collaborate with in-house counsel on global IP strategies
- Work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary specialist teams on high value and business critical client projects
- Manage junior and associate lawyers and help mentor and develop them
- Participate in a variety of business development opportunities
- Represent Matheson at international conferences and client development activities abroad
- Help drive thought leadership in IP law through the Matheson client knowledge programme
What we're looking for
