Finance Lawyer at Matheson

The role

Matheson is seeking a Finance Lawyer with 1-5 years of PQE to join its Finance and Capital Markets department in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves working on complex and novel legal mandates for a market-leading range of international and domestic clients within the Finance practice area.

What you'll do

Work on complex and novel multi-disciplinary legal mandates for clients
Work in areas including Project Finance, Structured Finance and Capital Markets, Leveraged Acquisition Finance, General Corporate Finance, Fund Finance, Property and Development Finance, and Aviation Finance
Help to manage valuable client relationships
Establish relationships with a diverse range of clients and colleagues

What we're looking for

Finance lawyer qualification

1-5 years PQE

Transactional experience

Good technical expertise

Client-focused

Ability to manage a diverse workload

Ability to deliver quality, commercially-focused advice

Ability to work collaboratively across the practice area

Hardworking and resilient
