Simmons Adaptive – Interim Credit & Lending Lawyer at Simmons & Simmons

The role

Simmons & Simmons is seeking an interim Credit & Lending Lawyer with 4+ years of PQE for its Simmons Adaptive flexible resourcing solution in London. This role will primarily support a core banking client and requires strong transactional credit or lending experience.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE

Strong transactional credit or lending experience gained in private practice or in-house

Experience advising on a broad range of credit and lending matters

Experience in real estate finance, private banking, property backed lending, wealth management lending, Lombard lending or broader secured lending

Comfortable managing matters with a degree of autonomy and limited supervision

Problem solver and collaborative approach

Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK
