The role
Cooley is seeking a 2027 Fall Associate for its Fund Formation practice group in New York. This entry-level role is for JD 2027 graduates interested in joining a leading practice focused on fund formation and counseling.

Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required· nice to have
