Recovery & Restructuring - 2 x Associates (3 PQE) - Sydney

The role

Dentons is seeking two Associates with 3 years of PQE to join their Recovery & Restructuring team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in banking litigation and insolvency matters, acting for major financial institutions and corporate clients.

What you'll do

• Act for major Australian banks, private credit funds, in complex recovery and enforcement matters
• Manage a portfolio of secured mortgage recovery matters involving court appearances, insolvency issues, enforcement strategies and advisory work
• Work on matters involving receiverships, voluntary administrations and liquidations
• Work closely with multiple partners across the team
• Provide exposure to a variety of clients, industries and approaches to practice
