Lawyer - Health and Aged Care at Thomsons

The role

Thomsons is seeking a Lawyer with 1-3 years of experience to join their Health and Aged Care practice in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with partners and clients within the health, aged care, and retirement living sectors, focusing on corporate advisory, transactions, or disputes.

What we're looking for

Up to 1-3 years PAE

Experience providing advice for clients in highly regulated industries

A genuine interest in the health, aged care and retirement living sectors

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients

Demonstrated initiative and proactivity, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Strong attention to detail

A client service orientation

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Proficiency using FileSite or a similar document management system

Commercial acumen

Solutions-focused approach

Strong technical skills

Experience in corporate advisory, transactions or disputes, preferably for clients in highly regulated sectors· nice to have
