The role
HWLE Lawyers is seeking a Solicitor/Associate with 2+ years of experience in Health Law to join their Melbourne office. This role will involve providing legal advice to medical defence insurers and their clients, and managing civil claims and regulatory investigations.
What you'll do
- Provide end to end management of un-litigated and litigated civil claims and regulatory investigations
- Provide timely and accurate written advice to insurers and insured clients
- Appear at mediations, witness interviews, inquests and disciplinary hearings
- Attend marketing events with clients
