What we're looking for

Experience with internal investigations
Experience with restrictive covenant litigation
Experience with arbitrations
Experience briefing motions
Experience propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery
Excellent academic credentials
Strong research skills
Strong organization skills
Strong writing skills
Strong analytical skills
Active Pennsylvania Bar membership required
Significant non-employment litigation experience· nice to have
