Real Estate Associate Attorney (Mid- to Senior-Level) at Morrison & Foerster

The role

Morrison & Foerster is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience for their New York or Boston office. The role will focus on a broad range of real estate transactions.

What we're looking for

4-6 years of law firm experience in acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings representing lenders and borrowers, joint ventures

Experience with portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds

Experience in equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation

Familiarity with transactions involving residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land asset types

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic, team orientation, and interest in taking on increased responsibility

Strong academic credentials

Admission to the New York state bar or eligibility to waive in
