Private Equity Debt Finance - Junior Associate

The role

Goodwin is seeking a junior associate to join its Private Equity Debt Finance group in New York. This role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in leveraged buyout and acquisition financings.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
• Work with credit agreements and commitment papers
• Draft and negotiate related collateral agreements and deliverables
