The role
Goodwin is seeking a junior associate for its Debt Finance group in Los Angeles. This role will focus on representing private equity sponsors and lenders in various financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings.
What you'll do
- Represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
- Work with credit agreements and commitment papers
- Draft and negotiate related collateral agreements and deliverables
What we're looking for
Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
