The role
Sparke Helmore is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with 1-3 years of PQE to join their Statutory Lines Insurance team in Melbourne. This role involves advising government agencies and self-insurers on statutory issues and managing claims within Vic State and Commonwealth jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Work across Vic State and Commonwealth jurisdictions with self-insurers and Government agencies on statutory issues
- Manage claims
- Support litigation proceedings
- Involve in regular advocacy work in the Administrative Review Tribunal and other Courts
- Advise the Commonwealth and various self-insured companies on a diverse range of matters
What we're looking for
