The role

This is an Associate Lawyer position in the Litigation practice group at Sparke Helmore in Darwin, Australia. The role involves assisting individuals and organisations with various legal claims and disputes.

What you'll do

• Help individuals and organisations with skilled and insightful advice to help them navigate the legal and factual complexity of their issue
• Identify the best practical outcome and how to achieve it
• Prioritise and support the needs of our business and clients
• Manage business, workplace, compensation and health and safety claims and disputes
• Bring or defend claims in Court
• Resolve matters in alternative ways such as negotiation and mediation
