The role
Sparke Helmore is seeking a Senior Associate for its Government Public & Regulatory team in Melbourne. This role is for a lawyer with 4+ years of experience in public sector law, focusing on administrative and regulatory matters and involving regular advocacy work.
What you'll do
- Act for a range of Commonwealth and Victorian government clients
- Advise on a diverse range of administrative and regulatory matters
- Involved in regular advocacy work in Federal Courts, the Administrative Review Tribunal, Victorian State Courts and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal
What we're looking for
