The role

HWLE Lawyers is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Insurance practice in Perth. This role focuses on WorkCover WA and District Court litigation, offering direct client exposure and advocacy opportunities.

What you'll do

Gain direct exposure to a great client base
Gain advocacy opportunities in WorkCover WA and District Court litigation
Gain exposure to a broad range of related matters, including property damage claims

What we're looking for

3+ years PAE

Experience with personal injury insurance claims

Strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance

Good interpersonal and communication skills

A great attitude

A desire to develop your career and professional network in the Insurance industry

Full working rights in Australia

A valid practising certificate
