Solicitor (2-4 PQE) | Insolvency & Commercial Litigation

The role

Mallesons is seeking a Solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE to join their Sydney-based Insolvency & Commercial Litigation practice. This role will involve working on significant insolvency, asset recovery, and commercial litigation matters, collaborating with clients, counsel, and internal specialists.

What you'll do

• Advise on insolvency, asset recovery, and commercial litigation matters
• Work directly with clients, counsel, experts, and insolvency practitioners
• Assist with litigation strategy, evidence preparation, interlocutory applications, and hearings
• Contribute to investigations, recovery actions, and enforcement proceedings
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted member of the team
