The role
Dentons is seeking an Associate with 1-4 years of PQE to join its Employment practice group in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. This role will involve a broad mix of HR advisory, employment tribunal litigation, M&A, and outsourcing work for a variety of clients.
What you'll do
- Take a supporting role on a variety of transactions across a range of sectors, including international projects, multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions and global HR work
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Advise on day-to-day employment law issues for a variety of clients
- Act in the defense of employment tribunal litigation
- Advise and support in relation to employment related investigations
- Contribute to business development
- Speak at webinars/seminars and client training sessions
- Contribute to thought leadership
- Raise the profile of the firm externally
What we're looking for
