The role

Dentons is seeking an experienced Senior Associate for its Employment practice in Milton Keynes. This role will involve a broad mix of work including HR advisory, global projects, corporate/M&A, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, senior exits, and outsourcing.

What you'll do

Build and maintain client relationships
Contribute to business development and speak at client seminars
Coach and mentor other mid-level and junior members of the team
Contribute to thought leadership and raise the profile of the firm externally

What we're looking for

Good academic record

Extensive knowledge of employment law and experience advising large businesses on employment related matters

Transactional support experience

Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability

Experience of working with international clients· nice to have

Ambition to be leading employment lawyer in the market and to progress to Partnership· nice to have
