Senior Associate - Real Estate Future Energy

The role

TLT is seeking a Senior Associate with 3-7 years of PQE to join its Real Estate Future Energy team. This role, based in Belfast, Birmingham, or Bristol, will focus on advising clients in the exciting and rapidly growing renewables sector.

What you'll do

• Draft option agreements and leases on a wide range of clean energy projects
• Undertake due diligence on clean energy projects
• Act in relation to the financing of clean energy projects
• Act in relation to large-scale acquisitions/disposals
• Liaise with individuals in corporate, banking, construction, planning and regulatory disciplines
• Provide client contact and run own files
• Provide early responsibility for delivery of transactions
• Provide support in relation to landlord and tenant work
• Provide support in relation to corporate support work
• Provide support in relation to public sector work
• Provide all clients with a quality service in accordance with the Firm’s procedures
• Maintain and improve relations with existing clients
• Spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer
• Achieve the budget and targets set by the Firm
