The role
Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Solicitor/Associate with 0-6 years of PQE in Medical Negligence to join their Health Law practice in Cambridge. This role is for a talented individual with technical excellence and empathy to support clients through challenging times.
What you'll do
- Manage your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
- Assist senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines
- Deliver consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service
What we're looking for
Up to 6 years PQE in Clinical Negligence
Strong background in Claimant work
Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims
The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice
Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases
The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team
