Simmons Adaptive – Interim Transactional Banking Lawyer at Simmons & Simmons

The role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking an Interim Transactional Banking Lawyer with Finance and M&A practice areas for their London office. This is a full-time role for 6 months, supporting a key client, and requires experience in transactional banking and equity derivatives.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with equity derivatives experience from a leading private practice

Experience negotiating derivative transaction documentation, including share buybacks and margin loan agreements

Problem solver and collaborative approach

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team

Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
