The role

What you'll do

• Represent clients in matters before state public utility commissions or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements supporting energy projects, such as power purchase agreements, virtual power purchase agreements, and engineering, procurement, and construction agreements
