Energy and Infrastructure Midlevel Associate

The role

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Energy and Infrastructure practice in Philadelphia. The role will focus on energy regulatory matters, with transactional experience being a plus.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in matters before state public utility commissions or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, including in ratemaking proceedings, commission investigations, complaint proceedings, rulemakings, and other commission-initiated policy proceedings
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements supporting energy projects, such as power purchase agreements, virtual power purchase agreements, and engineering, procurement, and construction agreements
