The role
Hall & Wilcox is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law to join their Insurance practice in Perth. This role will involve advising and representing clients, including top insurers, on defendant workers' compensation matters.

- Advise and represent clients across a broad range of workers' compensation matters
What we're looking for
At least 5+ years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation
Experience on the defendant side of Workers' Compensation
Clear, concise legal writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Plaintiff background with a keen interest in moving into a defendant practice· nice to have
