The role
Shoosmiths is seeking a Newly Qualified Associate for its Real Estate Litigation team in Birmingham. This role is for an individual with 0-1 years of PQE looking to develop their career in property disputes, working with experienced lawyers on high-profile matters.
What you'll do
- Assist on landlord and tenant disputes
- Prepare case documentation
- Conduct legal research
- Liaise with clients and counsel
- Manage elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Contribute to team initiatives
- Contribute to business development activities
- Contribute to knowledge sharing
What we're looking for
Newly Qualified Associate
0-1 years of PQE
Commercially aware
