The role
Pinsent Masons is seeking a Senior Associate in their Real Estate practice in Belfast with 4-8 years of PQE. This role focuses on complex, high-value property development and investment transactions for leading clients.
What you'll do
- Advise on development (commercial and mixed use) and investment transactions
- Support major acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements and asset management strategies
- Work closely with leading developers, investors and banks
- Collaborate with colleagues across a national and international network
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
- Support complex, large-scale projects and contribute to innovative solutions in a changing market
What we're looking for
