The role
HopgoodGanim is seeking an Associate with 4-5 years of PQE in corporate and M&A law. This role will focus on assisting with complex transactions, advising on equity capital markets, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate advisory matters.
What you'll do
Support and advise on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary raisings
Advise on mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, leading due diligence workstreams and preparing and negotiating transaction documents
Assist listed companies with corporate and regulatory matters, including general meetings, ASX and ASIC liaison, and Listing Rule compliance including continuous disclosure
Advise on corporate governance for listed, unlisted and private companies
Mentor and support junior practitioners in the team
What we're looking for
