The role
Piper Alderman is seeking a Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate to join their Perth office. This role will involve working on complex commercial property matters under the guidance of experienced partners, offering an opportunity to develop a career within a supportive national practice.
What you'll do
- Work on commercial property transactions and advisory work
- Handle acquisitions, disposals and leasing across a broad range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, agricultural, mining, renewable energy, residential, aged care and retail
- Manage capital transactions and property investment matters
- Engage in property development transactions, development agreements, joint ventures and other complex property arrangements
- Be involved in pro bono matters
What we're looking for
