The role
Piper Alderman is seeking a Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice in Perth. This role will involve working on a variety of complex commercial property matters, including transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing, under the guidance of experienced Partners.
What you'll do
- Work on commercial property transactions and advisory work
- Handle acquisitions, disposals and leasing across a broad range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, agricultural, mining, renewable energy, residential, aged care and retail
- Manage capital transactions and property investment matters
- Engage in property development transactions, development agreements, joint ventures and other complex property arrangements
- Be involved in pro bono matters
What we're looking for
