The role
Clyde & Co is seeking a Senior Associate with 3-4 years of PQE in marine transactional work for their London office. This role will focus on the Marine Assets and Projects team, working on a range of transactional, non-contentious marine and projects matters for owners, operators, and energy companies.

Comfortable working knowledge of BIMCO
Excellent legal ability and initiative
Strong technical skills
Confidence in managing and prioritising a full and varied caseload
Strong communicator
Good attention to detail
Practising certificate
Experience in shipbuilding contracts· nice to have
Experience in ship sale and purchase (ideally being able to manage the transaction with some supervision)· nice to have
Experience in ship financing· nice to have
Experience in bareboat charters· nice to have
Experience in long term time charter parties· nice to have
