The role
Maddocks is seeking a Lawyer, Real Estate - Property Development with 3+ years of experience to join their leading Real Estate practice in Melbourne, Australia. This role focuses on property development within the Real Estate group, working with leading developers on all stages of the development cycle.
What we're looking for
Legally permitted to work in Australia
2-3+ years’ experience in property law
Exposure to property development
Passion for property
Commitment to moving into a property development focused role
Ability to become involved in all aspects of the development cycle and project delivery in residential, commercial/retail and industrial sectors
Strong attention to detail
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in a large team
