The role
DWF is seeking a Solicitor or Associate for their Dispute Resolution team in Manchester, United Kingdom. This role is for an experienced litigator who will manage complex, high-value commercial litigation and advisory matters.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage commercial litigation matters, taking ownership of appropriate cases and supporting on complex disputes under Partner supervision
- Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base, including corporates, public bodies and regulated entities
- Take ownership of day-to-day case management, including disclosure, interim applications, and client reporting
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing pragmatic commercial advice
- Contribute to business development and networking activities and the growth of the practice
