The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP seeks a Senior Complex Litigation Associate Attorney with 7-9 years of experience to join their Chambers-ranked product liability team. This role focuses on defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on the aviation and transportation industry sectors, and is open to all US offices.

What we're looking for
7-9 years of experience
Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication
Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial
Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight
Superior academic credentials and references
Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice
Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues
Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level· nice to have
A strong interest in the field of aviation· nice to have
A technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences· nice to have
