The role

Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate for its Health Law practice in Birmingham or London. This role focuses on employer's liability and public liability matters within the healthcare sector, supporting key NHS and healthcare clients.

What you'll do

• Manage and support on a varied caseload of EL/PL healthcare claims
• Work on fast-track and multi-track claims
• Work on employer's liability matters
• Work on public liability claims
• Work on claims involving NHS organisations and healthcare environments
• Handle cases requiring strong litigation strategy
• Handle cases requiring evidence analysis
• Handle cases requiring client reporting
