Residential Development Associate at Gateley

The role

Gateley is seeking a Residential Development Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join their Real Estate practice in Birmingham. This role will focus on complex land acquisitions, collaboration agreements, disposals, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration, working with major housebuilders.

What you'll do

Work alongside some of the biggest names within house building as well as niche developers
Handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales
Manage collaboration agreements between developers
Oversee disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers
Deal with funding arrangements
Work on strategic options
Engage in urban regeneration projects

What we're looking for

3+ years post-qualification experience

Experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous

Skilled commercial development lawyers who want to specialise in residential work are also welcome
