The role
This role is for an Associate / Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation at Allens in Sydney, Australia. The position involves advising clients on a wide range of complex, high-value domestic and international disputes within the Disputes & Investigations practice.
What you'll do
- Advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes
- Advising clients on regulatory inquiries and investigations
- Advising clients on corporate crime
- Advising clients on internal investigations
- Advising clients on Royal Commissions / Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests
- Advising clients on class actions
- Advising clients on arbitration
- Advising clients on projects disputes
What we're looking for
Experience in commercial litigation within a large national or international law firm
Experience with a combination of private practice and court experience
Ability to effectively manage larger matters
Ability to develop client relationships
Ability to participate in business development activities
A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others (dependent on your level)
