The role
This role is for an Associate / Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation at Allens in Sydney, Australia. The position involves advising clients on a wide range of complex, high-value domestic and international disputes within the Disputes & Investigations practice.
What you'll do
Advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes
Advising clients on regulatory inquiries and investigations
Advising clients on corporate crime
Advising clients on internal investigations
Advising clients on Royal Commissions / Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests
Advising clients on class actions
Advising clients on arbitration
Advising clients on projects disputes

Experience in commercial litigation within a large national or international law firm
Experience with a combination of private practice and court experience
Ability to effectively manage larger matters
Ability to develop client relationships
Ability to participate in business development activities
