• Advise on venture debt and growth capital facilities
• Advise on bilateral and syndicated credit facilities
• Advise on acquisition financings
• Advise on recurring revenue and cash flow-based financings
• Advise on asset-based and structured financings
• Advise on convertible and hybrid financing structures
• Advise on subscription and NAV facilities
• Advise on warehouse and other specialty finance transactions
• Advise on cross-border financing transactions
• Advise on bespoke financing solutions supporting strategic investments, acquisitions, and other transformational transactions
