The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Senior Associate, Tax with 5+ years of PQE to join their London office. This role will focus on high-quality transactional and advisory tax work, particularly within corporate tax, private equity, and joint ventures.
What you'll do
- Deploy excellent technical and analytical skills across legal drafting, legislative and case law interpretation, and translating technical concepts into strategic advice
- Manage projects and transactions in a pro-active and organised manner, and communicating well with colleagues, clients, counterparties and other advisers
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for business development and strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicate to understanding clients' needs and priorities and delivering a first-class service
- Understand the industries and wider business landscape in which clients operate, including the commercial challenges and opportunities they face
What we're looking for
