The role
WilmerHale is seeking a Senior Associate for its Securities & Financial Services practice in Palo Alto. This role requires 4-7 years of experience in securities litigation matters, focusing on federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.
What we're looking for
Four to seven years post-JD experience in securities litigation matters
Extensive experience litigating securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills
Experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice
Talented strategic thinker
Demonstrated strong work ethic
Experience with large litigation teams
Juris Doctor degree
Attorney licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
